Terms and Conditions

Effective for all bookings with Slovenia Horse Riding

1. General Liability Disclaimer

Slovenia Horse Riding is a provider of horseback riding experiences across various locations in Slovenia. While we prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, we cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. Horses are living animals with natural instincts and behaviors, and as such, Slovenia Horse Riding is not liable for any actions of the horses or consequences thereof.
Each participant assumes full (100%) responsibility for their own safety while participating in any horse-related activity. We highly recommend that all guests obtain personal travel and accident insurance to cover potential risks.

2. Changes in Participation by the Guest

If a guest decides to shorten or withdraw from the experience for personal reasons, including but not limited to fear, discomfort, incompatibility with the horse, or inability to control the horse, no refund will be issued.

3. Booking and Refund Policy

Once a booking has been confirmed by Slovenia Horse Riding, the payment is non-refundable, as the confirmed booking secures your place within a limited group and guarantees organization of resources in advance.

4. Rider Information and Responsibility

At the time of booking, guests must provide accurate details regarding their weight, height, and riding experience. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform us whether they are:

a beginner,
or an experienced rider.

If claiming to be experienced, please specify in which gaits you are confident (walk, trot, canter).
If no information is provided, we will assume the guest is a beginner, and the ride will take place at walking pace.
If a guest is assigned to an experienced group based on incorrect information, and the guide determines during the ride that the guest does not match the required skill level, the guide has the right to deny participation without a refund, in the interest of the safety of all participants.

5. Group Bookings (Families & Friends)

When multiple guests book together (e.g., family or friends), the experience will be adjusted to the least experienced rider in the group. Safety is always our top priority.

6. Weather Conditions

Before booking, guests are advised to check the expected weather conditions. No refunds will be issued due to poor weather.
However, if availability allows, guests will be offered a free rescheduling of the experience to a nearby date.
A full refund is only available if Slovenia Horse Riding cancels the activity due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
