Spend a wonderful day with horses in the Mediterranean climate.

We will start our adventure in the village of Šembija, located between Knežak and Ilirska Bistrica.

We will experience a magical pristine nature, beautiful forests and grasslands.

At 9 am, we will meet each other in the village of Šembija, from where we will start a relaxing horseback riding in the region of Primorska. We will enter the 72 m long Mussolini tunnel, which was sculpted by Italians in a live rock, thus connecting important military installations.

From here, there is the most beautiful view of the magnificent Podtaborska wall, which represents the natural border between the Primorska and Notranjska region.

When we arrive to Šilentabor you will discover a wonderful view of the Košansko Valley and Narin. After a short stop we will pass through Knežak village towards the area of intermittent lakes, past the medieval Castle Kalc where we will tie up horses under the shadows of Linden trees , while we will enjoy a delicious local lunch. After a well-deserved rest, we will ride our horses again and return back to the starting point, across the hill Vrh, where we will be fascinated with a beautiful view.
